- OATMEAL:
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup chopped dried apricots
- 1/4 cup dried cherries, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar ( I leave out)
- 2 tablespoons butter ( I don't use for my dietary needs)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed
- 1/4 cup sugar ( I leave the sugar out for my dietary needs or use Stevia)
