Baked Potato Soup

Baked Potato Soup

2/3 cup butter
2/3 cup flour
7 cups milk (I use reconstituted non-fat dry milk)
1/2 tsp pepper
4 large potatoes baked, peeled and diced
1/2 tsp dill weed
12 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 green onions chopped
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
8 ozs fat free sour cream

Melt butter in large pan, stir in flour. Heat and stir until smooth.
Gradually add milk stirring constantly until thickened. Add
potatoes, salt, pepper and dill. Bring to a boil stirring, reduce heat.

Simmer 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and heat through.
