Bread Machine Banana Raisin Bread

BANANA RAISIN BREAD

1/2 c + 2 T water (70-80 degrees)
3 T honey
4-1/2 t vegetable oil
1 egg yolk, lightly beaten
1 med. ripe banana, mashed
3/4 t salt
3/4 t cinnamon
3 c bread flour
1-1/2 t active dry yeast
1/2 c raisins
1/3 c chopped walnuts

In bread machine pan, place the first nine ingredients in order
suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread setting.

Choose crust color and loaf size if available. Bake according to
bread machine directions ( check dough after 5 minutes of mixing;
add 1 to 2 T of water or flour if needed).

Just before the final kneading, add raisins and walnuts.

Yield: 1 loaf.
