Chunky Monkey Shake

2 CUPS of Skim milk
1 banana
1/2 package of Chocolate Sugar free instant pudding mix
6 or so ice cubes

Put all in the blender, I sometimes have to adjust putting in more
milk as it gets thick in my blender and will not chop the ice cubes
This is almost like a WENDY's Chocolate dessert , forget what they
call them!

YOU could even use a frozen banana if you have it
