Ham Glaze

Whole cloves
1/2 cup Hy-Vee apple jelly
1-1/2 tsp Hy-Vee lemon juice
1/2 tsp Hy-Vee ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg

  1. Most ham dishes should be glazed towards the end of cooking, not giving the sugar a chance to caramelize further. Pour the brown sugar glaze over the top and put back to bake in the oven.
