Balsamic Flank Steak

Flank Steak
1 lb. flank steak
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
1 tbsp dry mustard
black pepper
minced garlic clove

Combine all the ingredients and marinate the flank steak for
24 hours. Grill or broil until done to your liking. Slice across
the grain in thin slices. Serves 4.
