Turkey Craisin Meatballs and Bowties

To a skillet coated with Pam spray, I`ll saute some finely chopped onions
and a little garlic. I mix ground turkey with finely chopped parsley, a
little black pepper, a few teaspoons of parmesan cheese and some chopped
Craisins. I add the sauteed onions and garlic and shape into meatballs. I
then bake them at 350 degrees until they are done.

I`m going to serve them tonight with a marinara sauce and some fresh bowtie
pasta.
