Keeping Fresh Pineapple
You can store a pineapple in the refrigerator for 2 or 3 days if you
wrap it in plastic below the crown. If you slice it or remove from the
shell, pineapple can be stored in an airtight container for 3 to 4 days.
It's best to eat fresh pineapple as soon as you can.
