1 bunch green onions, chopped, green and all into 1" pieces
1 bunch asparagus, sliced into 1" strips
1 large red sweet pepper, sliced into 1" strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can whole tomatoes
fresh ground black pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp cayenne
Saute onions and red pepper, until softened, add kidney beans, heat
through then add asparagus garlic, tomatoes and spices and simmer
15-20 minutes. ( Until the asparagus is tender).
Sliced up some homemade sourdough rye bread and had a feast.
