FF Bisquick Mix
8 points per cup
3 1/4Cups Flour
1/2 Cup Splenda
l Cup nonfat dry milk
1/2 cup corn starch
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Mix all ingredients together. Cover tightly to store. Stir before using.
Substitute in recipes calling for all purpose baking mix, such as Bisquick.
Serves 17 (1/4 cups) 2 WW points per 1/4 cup
Yield: 4 1/4 cups
I'm going to have to try this! I don't have much luck with homemade biscuit mix for some reason, but this isn't like anything I've tried before. Fat free never hurt anyone! :-)
