Myra's Pineapple Cornbread

Myra's Pineapple Cornbread

1.5 c coarse cornmeal
1/2 cup instant oatmeal
1 Tbl. Baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Mix dry ingredients and set aside

1 egg
3/4 c skim milk
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 small can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup juice from canned peaches
1 cup frozen corn defrosted

Mix in dry ingredients till moistened and pour in a greased 8x8 glass

Bake @ 350 for 40 minutes till golden brown.
