Homemade Gingerbread Coffee Mix or Creamer

Gingerbread Coffee Mix or creamer

3 cups powdered non fat milk / dry
1 cup Sugar subsitute or to taste
1 teaspoon Ginger-Ground
1 teaspoon Cinnamon-Ground
1 teaspoon Allspice-Ground
1 teaspoon Nutmeg-Ground
1 teaspoon Cloves-Ground
3/4 cup Instant Coffee
Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and turn on until a
fine powder. Use a couple of heaing teaspoons or more according to
taste.

To make flavored coffee creamer omit the instant coffee; stir into
brewed coffee as desired.
