- 2 c. Unsweetened apple juice
- 1/4 c. Brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Lime juice
Directions
- Makes 2 c..
- Serves 8-10 as a topping for pancakes. Also great as a topping for cottage cheese or possibly frozen yogurt.
- Combine apple juice, brown sugarbrown sugar, cornstarchcornstarch, salt and nutmegnutmeg in saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and cook, stirring occasionally, 3-5 minutes or possibly till thickened. Stir in lime juice (optional).
