 2       medium cloves  garlic -- minced
 2                tsp  lemon zest
 1                tsp  ground cumin
    1/2           tsp  table salt
 1                tsp  chili powder
 1                tsp  paprika

1.  Blend ingredients well and rub onto chicken half an hour before cooking.
2.   Makes 1/3 cup,  enough for 4 pounds of chicken.
3.  Store leftover mixture in an airtight container for up 2 days.
